In Memory of Harry Deitchman

Harry Deitchman, former Chairman of the ERS and EOS Boards, passed away on August 6, 2020.  Mr. Deitchman served on the Board for many years between 1971 and 1998.  He worked for the City of Baltimore for 44 years and retired in 1991 as Chief of Payroll.
